1) Brainstorm the stressors in your life (i.e. activities and commitments, health issues and habits, etc.)
2) Consider which stressors you have some control over.  Think of ways to reduce your exposure to these stressors (i.e. Are you making too many commitments to activities, and could you do fewer?)
3) Pray for God&#039;s guidance in your decision making
4) Set an action plan for how you will reduce the stressors in your life over the next month, next three months, and next six months</description>
