Is Your Relationship Stressed?

One of the most challenging arenas for stress is our relationships. With knowledge being power, let me encourage you to pursue Alison Armstrong’s work. This woman nails men and women, and how we relate. Several months ago, our men’s group sponsored a three-part presentation to our community of Alison’s Understanding Women DVD series. We had over a 100 people at just the first presentation. People are still thanking us and asking for more of Alison.

One local business owner came up to me and said after going to the first viewing he was quitting couples therapy. He got more from one night of the DVD than months of therapy. Alison knows how to present provocative material in a humorous and entertaining manner.
