    Great info. I’d just like to add that when there is a structural imbalance, breathing and relaxation may not be enough. Correcting structural problems can save you from a future of pain and dysfunction all over the body.

    Ed you are right. Certainly over time the stress particularly in its chronic form can produce structural problems. I actually address that on my other blog: http://rolfblog.com/back-pain-2/
