Mindfulness does Google

19thMar. × ’08

Jon Kabat-Zinn Ph. D., the man you essentially created mindfulness stress reduction teaches Google about how to be mindful. This video is an excellent, simple instruction on how to use the power of mindfulness. If you are not familiar with mindfulness, use this video to be your introduction. Enjoy.

Yes, It is an excellent video. Although it is a lengthy one, it is worth waiting for the end, where Q&A is taking place. Lots of great info!

Hi Owen. I came across your website while perusing the 43-Folders blog, while watching the Kabat-Zinn video. I noticed your comments which mentioned you were based out of Phoenix, AZ (as am I).

I recently wrote a blog post which also referenced mindfulness here: http://befitwithbiray.com/2008/03/30/mindful-tweets/ and how we can use web-based technology (such as Twitter) to teach folks the art of being mindful.

Great blog, by the way… I’ll have to add it to my reader and begin following your thoughts! :)
