Power Naps

For years I have enjoyed the benefits of these 20 minute power naps. A recent Men’s Journal article does an excellent job explaining the benefits and the techniques of these stress reducers.

There is now better way to reduce stress and renew your body/mind than naps. As the article points out, you will get a huge return on this investment. Find your favorite blanket and go for it.
