Getting help is not the first thing a guy often does, so out of wanting to do it the easy way and willing to be different I got others to help me.</description>

What did you mean by that? 

I agree with your article. I have found when i have been under stress, I gained weight as a kind of protection from being hurt emotionally and when the stress  event was over, the weight just went away, like magic, in just a couple of weeks and I didn&#039;t change anything in my regular habits, except i did make the time to get some Rolfing sessions.</description>
