Stress Ages Our Skin

Clinique, the premiere cosmetic company recently ran an ad in the New York Times with the title: “Stressed? We hope it’s driving you skin to drink.” The ad went on to say that Clinique researchers “discovered stress weakens skin’s moisture barrier.”

Stress literally makes us old before our time. The skin being our largest organ will certainly reflect stresses aging effects.
