		<description>I like the suggestion to breathe and relax in the moment as opposed to tensing up.  An interesting awareness to cultivate. It would take practice and awareness and consciousness but would be very rewarding. Thank you.</description>

		<description>Good question. Essentially we need to learn let go of the stress as it accumulates. I know that sounds easy, eventually it can be.

There are two approaches to accomplishing this. The first is removing the old tension or trauma to allow our body/mind more room to deal with any current stress. The second approach is to teach our bodies to release in the moment. Our usual response it to tighten and hold our breath under stress, when we can relax and breathe the stress is released.
